Digital products & refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. This is standard practice for downloadable goods and protects the value of our work.

When we may offer a refund

• The file is corrupted or faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged in error or charged twice.
• The product materially differs from its description.

How to request

Email support@luxuryservicesonline.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We review every request fairly and will always try to make it right — usually by fixing the file or providing a replacement first.

Statutory rights

Where consumer law grants a right to cancel digital purchases, note that by downloading immediately you may waive the standard cancellation period. Your statutory rights are not otherwise affected.
