Nature of our products

Every item sold on luxuryservicesonline.com is a digital, downloadable product. Nothing is shipped physically. Formats include (depending on the product) PDF, DOCX, XLSX, Canva links, Notion templates and ZIP bundles, as stated on each product page.

Delivery

After successful payment, download links are shown on the confirmation page, emailed to you, and stored permanently in your account under Downloads.

Access & re-downloads

You receive lifetime access and can re-download your purchases anytime from your account. We recommend backing up your files.

Requirements

Some products require third-party tools (e.g. Canva, Notion, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or a PDF app). Requirements are listed on the product page. A free account with the relevant tool may be needed.

Updates

Where a product is updated, we may provide the updated version through your account at our discretion.
