License Policy

1. Licence, not sale

When you buy a product from Luxury Services Online, you receive a licence to use it. Ownership of the product and all intellectual property in it stays with Luxury Services Online or its licensors.

2. Standard licence (included with every purchase)

You may:

• use the product for your own personal projects and for your own business;
• edit and customise the product for those uses;
• use it to create end products for your own business or for a single client, where the product itself is not the main value of what you deliver.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the original or edited files, in whole or in part.
• Upload the files to marketplaces, template sites, file-sharing services or shared drives accessible to others.
• Present the product, or a lightly modified version of it, as your own template or product for sale.
• Use the product for any unlawful, misleading or defamatory purpose.

4. Extended or team use

If you need to use a product across a team, for multiple clients or in a product for resale, contact us before using it. Any extended licence will be agreed in writing and applies only where expressly stated.

5. Third-party elements

Some products work with third-party tools (such as Canva, Notion, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) or reference third-party fonts or images. Your use of those tools and elements is also subject to their own terms.

6. Breach

If you breach this policy, your licence ends automatically and you must stop using and delete the files. We may also suspend your account access.
